    Founded in 1988 and based in Toronto, Intercedent Limited is the parent company of the Intercedent group. It is a multi-sectoral consulting firm which advises clients on international business development.

    Client services include management consulting on North American projects, as well as acting as a liaison between clients in North America and Intercedent's Asian subsidiaries. Intercedent Limited's clients are companies engaged in the sale of goods and services, and infrastructure development. It also advises Canadian and foreign government agencies. In addition, Intercedent Limited manages the group's investment activities.

    Intercedent Asia
    Intercedent Asia (Pte) Ltd. is the Asia-Pacific regional consulting arm of the Intercedent group of companies. It has provided research-based business advice and market analysis to multinational companies since 1993.

    Headquartered in Singapore, Intercedent Asia provides market entry strategies and assistance throughout the Asia-Pacific region, including strategic market assessment, strategy implementation, partner selection, site selection, and strategic planning assistance.     Intercedent International Limited provides client services in the PRC and greater China markets through its Beijing representative office, established in 1991. Intercedent International assists multinationals in the marketing and distribution of products in the PRC and in executing joint venture and other investment projects. It also advises foreign government institutions and companies on PRC market and policy developments.
